Refunds are only applicable if services are not delivered as per the agreed project scope or timelines due to our fault.
Payments made for completed work or services already delivered are non-refundable. Deposits or partial payments for ongoing projects are also non-refundable.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to business@quantumbrize.com within 3 days of project started.
Each refund request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may request additional information to process your request.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued via the original payment method.
Refunds are not applicable if you change your mind after the project has started or been delivered.
We are not responsible for refunding any third-party costs incurred during the project, such as hosting or domain fees.
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted with the effective date.
